Importance of Montessori Teacher Training Course

Being competent and well performing teacher is one of the most important resources in any educational institution.the reacher is considered the proffesional agent and the most directly responsible person in the process of learning.he is the one incharge of making / helping student learn and benefit or duffer from quality of his teaching.given this and quality of his teaching are always under discussion and receive prevalent inportants in education.teachers are used to come to their career as teachers with little formal proffesoonal training or experience. The aim of the present research paper is to discuss the central importants of teachers training and proffesional development in improving or boosting the quality of education in the Algerian context .some useful way of evaluatingand enhancing teachers teaching quality will also be suggested in light research finding.teacher ,teaching ,training,professional development,quality ,evaluation.
