If they are paying through bank pay-in-slip / IFSC transfer / mobile pay/ CDM payment or by using any other UPI payment system in India, they have to upload the screenshot of the payment in the website admission registration form.

If a candidate finds any clerical error in the certificate issued to her, she can apply for a new certificate. For this, an application citing the error along with the original certificate should be mailed to the NCDC office. [[email protected]].

The students can apply for various certificates like Course continuation certificate, Bonafide certificate, Course completion certificate, and other certificates upon request using the application form given below. In case of irrecoverable loss of course certificates, the students can apply for duplicate certificates also using this form. NCDC uses only the data provided by the student during her registration process in the Course certificate. The students who require name update in their Course certificate have to use this application form and submit valid proof for the name update.

Those students, who pay the course fee together at the time of taking admission, will get a 5% of course fee concession. All course fees should be paid before the 10th of the following month directly through NCDC /ICET website, bank pay-in-slip, IFSC transfer, mobile pay, CDM payment, or by using any other UPI payment system in India and informed to the concerned NCDC Batch in charge. The fee once remitted, will not be refunded in any case of course discontinuation. Only the students who have remitted the whole course fee and evaluation fee will be issued their certificate.

The examination pattern of NCDC is the Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation method along with a Viva-voce at the end of the academic year. An evaluation will be conducted on the completion of each paper by the Batch Evaluator. The students will be provided more chances and remedial support during the evaluation process. For the Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation, the students have to fill and submit the online website application form given below.

Only students who have appeared for all the evaluations will be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificate based on the grading system, within 2 months after finishing the classes. Separate mark lists will not be issued. Applications for Re-evaluation will not be accepted by NCDC. Evaluations will be done in a justifiable and foolproof manner. If a student is unable to complete the classes with 90% attendance/ evaluations/ attend the viva voce, she can appear for the same in the subsequent batch. Such students have to pay the prevailing registration fee, course fee, and evaluation fee. Their already paid fee will be deducted in such cases.

Students have to participate in all online curriculum-related, co-curricular programs and activities organized by NCDC. Students may be combined while practicing general papers and topics. And sometimes students of more than one batch will be combined to conduct subject expert’s special classes, free training programs, theory, and practical papers, Montessori theory, and practical classes, etc. Students have to participate in all such online programs organized on working days & holidays. Students of more than one batch may be combined for conducting evaluations also.

The medium of instruction of these courses, communication between faculties with students and the students in between are in English. After finishing 25 days of the Baba Easy Spoken English/ Rapid Spoken English training from NCDC faculties, all the students should use only English for communication in the online classes, for their assignment activities, and personal communications. Evaluations will be conducted in English only.

Complaints, grievances, and any disputes in connection with the course, fee, and certificates will be entertained/ accepted only by our Regional Office/Head Office. Any dispute arising out of them will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
