MONTESSORI TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
The course provides the detailing about the Montessori teaching methodology to the students. It is a method of teaching which follows a standard method of analyzing the child’s interests along with the knowledge. It is child centered learning which implies the core of the activities are depending on the children. Montessori method is introduced by Madam Maria Montessori, it become a successful educational methodology compared to the others. Structure of course The course covers the basics of teaching a child which are child psychology, Montessori theory, creative activities along with crafts, puzzles, stories, rhyme so on. The highest course in Montessori is post-graduation and it can be done by a graduate, also diploma courses are available for the people who have the basic education. The main attraction of this course is the students would get plenty of chances to practice what they learned from classes. All the sessions will be based on the theme which is selected by students itself and we follow the same mode of learning which we would make use in the future as a teacher.

As an expat I personally experienced the difficulties to get selected by the companies here in middle east, however the demand for Montessori
teachers is at the top. Especially for Indians they show a special consideration. By exploring the chances of becoming a Montessori teacher is
high compared to the other streams. The training from NCDC is another level, it could mold us in the shape we want to be. Considering the fact that the schools in abroad, is focusing on the child centered education. Montessori is introduced there initially. The main attraction of abroad is that they have a mixed culture which is due to the migration of contrast people. It also brought the language difference, which forces them to speak a common language for the better communication. Likewise, the education methodology also they choose as a common one for everyone. Comparatively the Montessori schools are increasing in abroad along with the chances of career opportunities as well. Same as student the teachers are also learning every day, while doing the course it not only helps us to know about dealing kids but it can also provide self- confidence, positive mentality, sportive nature which all are the best tools to handle kids.
In conclusion it is more relaxing and satisfying to know that, in abroad especially in the middle east they do have plenty of nurseries and schools available, based on the Montessori methodology, Indian, international and also regional schools are included in it. The chance of not get selected is zero percentage as per the research
