Myself rupali varma, I was a shy type and very back ward to speak and even think about a career,but due some financial issues I really need a job .But how can I get a job 🤔 because I was just 12th passed.. My friend suggested about NCDC and I applied… They conducted an aptitude test and I came to know by passion in taking care of small kids and by pleasant smile,.. I JOINED NCDC and completed my course and I got job as PREPRIMARY TEACHER in one of reputed school,BANGALORE . THANK YOU NCDC and my friend pooja for changing me in to wonderful life
