RULES & REGULATIONS FOR ALL COURSES

- LADIES ONLY:
Only ladies are considered for admission to these courses. There is no age limit.
- FEE PAYMENT:
Students who wish to join NCDC Courses have to pay the registration fee and all other fees directly through the NCDC /ICET website.
If they are paying through bank pay-in-slip / IFSC transfer / mobile pay/ CDM payment or by using any other UPI payment system in India, they have to upload the screenshot of the payment in the website admission registration form.
- ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION:
The students are liable to verify the authentication of their eligibility certificates, during the time of verification procedure from our office.
- IDENTITY CARD ISSUANCE:
NCDC on receiving the duly filled completed Registration form will issue digital Identity cards through the students’ email without much delay, to those students who are attending class with the payment of a minimum 1 installment of the course fee.
- SCHEDULING OF CLASSES:
NCDC has the right to fix the number of classes in a week and the time duration of classes.
The attendance of the students for the classes will be calculated based on the 5 criteria mentioned below and the student mandatorily needs 90% attendance to complete her course.
a] Completion of pre-home learning activities as per the module.
b] Completion of the learning activities in the scheduled classes.
c] Completion of post-home individual learning activities as per the module.
d] Completion of the post-home pair/group activities with the batch mates
e] Completion of other learning activities as per the module.
- COMPENSATION CLASSES:
If any student misses her scheduled classes due to any issues regarding technical/ network/ timing/inconvenience to attend, she can compensate by attending the same classes taken in other batches. For this, the students should take initiative and inform their faculties for getting support.
- SYLLABUS MODULES:
NCDC will be providing the syllabus modules as digital copies and the Faculty/Batch in charge will provide the same to the students through their email/ concerned online groups.
- BATCH IN CHARGE:
As per the directions given by NCDC, the Batch in charge/Faculty have to inform the students about the date and time of the classes, special classes, practicals, other programs, Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation procedures, issuance of all the certificates, etc. If students are not informed before the due date and time, NCDC shall not be responsible for the lapse on the part of Batch in charge.
- CANCELING OF THE BATCHES & CHANGE OF FACULTIES:
NCDC has the right to cancel the batches that violate NCDC’s rules and regulations. In such cases, the students of those batches will be directed to join our other batches. Unless they join the other batches, they will be treated as discontinuing the course and their admission and registration will be canceled without giving any notice. NCDC also has the right to appoint new faculty or change faculties in a batch during the academic year.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL THE REGISTRATION:
NCDC has the right to cancel the admission and registration without any notice of those students who violate the prevailing rules and regulations, quality standards, codes of conduct, discipline, remain absent without proper/serious reasons, break classes without proper reasons, or do not pay fees on time. NCDC also has the right to cancel the admission and registration of any student without assigning any reason or notice at any time during the course.
- ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF ERROR:
If a candidate finds any clerical error in the certificate issued to her, she can apply for a new certificate. For this, an application citing the error along with the original certificate should be mailed to the NCDC office. [[email protected]].
- ISSUANCE OF OTHER CERTIFICATES:
The students can apply for various certificates like Course continuation certificate, Bonafide certificate, Course completion certificate, and other certificates upon request using the application form given below. In case of irrecoverable loss of course certificates, the students can apply for duplicate certificates also using this form. NCDC uses only the data provided by the student during her registration process in the Course certificate. The students who require name update in their Course certificate have to use this application form and submit valid proof for the name update.
- FEE PAYMENT REGULATIONS:
Those students, who pay the course fee together at the time of taking admission, will get a 5% of course fee concession. All course fees should be paid before the 10th of the following month directly through NCDC /ICET website, bank pay-in-slip, IFSC transfer, mobile pay, CDM payment, or by using any other UPI payment system in India and informed to the concerned NCDC Batch in charge. The fee once remitted, will not be refunded in any case of course discontinuation. Only the students who have remitted the whole course fee and evaluation fee will be issued their certificate.
- EXAMINATION PATTERN:
The examination pattern of NCDC is the Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation method along with a Viva-voce at the end of the academic year. An evaluation will be conducted on the completion of each paper by the Batch Evaluator. The students will be provided more chances and remedial support during the evaluation process. For the Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation, the students have to fill and submit the online website application form given below.
- COURSE CERTIFICATE:
Only students who have appeared for all the evaluations will be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificate based on the grading system, within 2 months after finishing the classes. Separate mark lists will not be issued. Applications for Re-evaluation will not be accepted by NCDC. Evaluations will be done in a justifiable and foolproof manner. If a student is unable to complete the classes with 90% attendance/ evaluations/ attend the viva voce, she can appear for the same in the subsequent batch. Such students have to pay the prevailing registration fee, course fee, and evaluation fee. Their already paid fee will be deducted in such cases.
- NCDC PROGRAMS:
Students have to participate in all online curriculum-related, co-curricular programs and activities organized by NCDC. Students may be combined while practicing general papers and topics. And sometimes students of more than one batch will be combined to conduct subject expert’s special classes, free training programs, theory, and practical papers, Montessori theory, and practical classes, etc. Students have to participate in all such online programs organized on working days & holidays. Students of more than one batch may be combined for conducting evaluations also.
- MEDIUM OF COMMUNICATION:
The medium of instruction of these courses, communication between faculties with students and the students in between are in English. After finishing 25 days of the Baba Easy Spoken English/ Rapid Spoken English training from NCDC faculties, all the students should use only English for communication in the online classes, for their assignment activities, and personal communications. Evaluations will be conducted in English only.
- COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES AND DISPUTES:
Complaints, grievances, and any disputes in connection with the course, fee, and certificates will be entertained/ accepted only by our Regional Office/Head Office. Any dispute arising out of them will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
- PROSPECTUS IS AUTHENTIC:
Information provided in the NCDC Prospectus/this website is authentic regarding these courses. Before joining any of these courses, they must go through the Prospectus. NCDC is not responsible for any verbal, written, or digital information given by anyone regarding these courses other than written in Prospectus. NCDC provides all placement assistance but does not guarantee any placement to any student.
- ALTERATIONS IN RULES & REGULATIONS:
NCDC deserves the right to make additions, alterations to the existing rules, and class timings as may be deemed necessary from time to time. The students shall be required to abide by the rules that are in vogue and that may be enforced in the future from time to time.
